Bloated after lunch, heartburn after dinner, flat all afternoon, and no idea which food is doing it. GutDiary is a food diary that works it out, down to the ingredient.
I was tested for multiple things through the NHS, and everything came back clear. But I still felt rough, and I kept being told the same thing: you need to monitor what you're eating.
So I built an app to do it properly. It gave me, and the friends who tried it, so much relief that I'm now offering it to everyone.

It looks up what's actually in the products you eat, so if two different foods upset you and they share one ingredient, it finds that ingredient.
If you ate something five times and only felt bad twice, it tries to work out why. A bigger portion, a bad night's sleep, something else on the plate. If it can't explain it, it tells you it isn't sure.
Coffee, alcohol and smoking all change how your gut behaves. Log them with one tap and they stop getting blamed on whatever you had for dinner.
You get a list of foods that are fine, foods that look like a problem, and what to leave out for a week to be sure. It will never tell you to eat something to test it.
